Title: Bad Day
Rating: PG-13
Word Count: 1300
Summary: Chris has a bad day.
Notes: I wrote this for Mav, not with her, so it’s Chris POV. It’s set approximately a month and a half after the main story.
Warnings: Underage (17, almost 18), light D/s mentions.It’s been a bad day.
The nice thing is that Chris knows he doesn’t have many days at this school left, period, and that usually makes the bad days easier to handle. But it’s been a particularly bad day in the middle of a week of bad days and he’s got the imprint of a shoe bruised into his thigh and his mouth still tastes like the sleeve of a sweaty jock’s letterman jacket where it had been jammed against his lips to keep him from calling out.
It’s Wednesday and he wants to get in his car and drive to Los Angeles but he knows that running to Darren won’t do much good. It won’t do any good, actually, because Darren’s working tonight. He still has that unsettled feeling in the pit of his stomach when he thinks about Darren in his private sessions, and he knows it bothers Darren but he can’t bring himself to reach out on nights he knows Darren is making some other man come.

[Trip and Stumble] As Long As We’re Together
Pairing: Chris Colfer/Darren Criss
Rating: NC-17
Word Count: 10775
Summary: Back to the place where their story begins…
Notes: Follows Just Want to Hear You Laugh. Check the masterpost for previous parts. Thank you to the usual suspects for beta reading and handholding: Mav, Scott, and Jude. They spend the first days of January moving.
It doesn’t actually take that long. Between the two of them they have one bedroom’s worth of stuff. The only furniture they start with is their bed, which takes up approximately half of their bedroom, and Chris’s desk, which gets jammed into the corner of the living room to leave space for where a couch and a tv will go.
They wake up early on a Wednesday, when all the stores are open again, and spend a wintery morning wandering in and out of second hand stores. They get breakfast at a diner and then get warm drinks before they leave, coffee that steams from the cups.
“I feel so grown up,” Chris says.
